Our artisanal fusilli is made with organic wholewheat and organic semolina and extruded through high quality bronze dies. The texture and taste of bronze extruded pasta is truly unique, and considered far more superior to their commercial counterparts. These are then dried using traditional slow drying methods at low temperatures over a long duration to retain the nutritional integrity of the beautiful ingredients. Each part of the process is done patiently, using handpicked ingredients with the right methods and tools to give you nothing but the best quality pasta.
1. Bring a pot of water to boil; add salt to boiling water 2. Add pasta to salted boiling water, stir gently occasionally 3. Al dente in 3-4 minutes. Once done toss straight into sauce for best results. Best eaten immediately after cooking.
